This Privacy Policy explains how Soldy ("Soldy", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Soldy mobile application.

Soldy is designed as an offline personal finance app. The expense, income, category, context, note, and preference data you enter in the App is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server for Soldy, do not require an account, do not collect analytics, do not show advertising, do not sell personal information, and do not share your in-app data with third parties.
Soldy lets you create and manage financial records and related settings. Depending on how you use the App, this may include:
transaction amounts;
whether a transaction is an expense or income;
transaction titles and notes;
transaction dates;
categories, category groups, colors, and icons;
contexts or labels you create;
app preferences, such as theme and suggestion settings.
This information may be personal or sensitive depending on what you choose to enter. It is stored locally on your device using local app storage and is used only to provide the App's functionality.
We do not collect, transmit, or receive the financial records, categories, contexts, notes, settings, or other content you store in Soldy.
The current version of Soldy does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, account login, cloud sync, or in-app payments.
The current Android release version of Soldy does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call logs, files, or calendar.
If you contact us by email or another support channel, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, message content, screenshots, and technical details you include. We use this information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, maintain records of the communication, and comply with legal obligations.
Information stored inside the App is used locally on your device to:
create, display, edit, and delete transactions;
organize transactions by categories and contexts;
save your app preferences;
provide local title suggestions and other app functionality.
Support communications are used to respond to you and improve the App.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your in-app financial data with third parties.
We may disclose support communication records only if necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or complete a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, where permitted by law.
Your in-app data is stored locally on your device. Because we do not operate a Soldy cloud service, we cannot access, recover, or restore that local data for you.
You are responsible for securing your device and for any operating-system-level backup settings you enable. Your device manufacturer, operating system provider, app store, or backup provider may process app data under their own terms and privacy policies if device backup or transfer features are enabled.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the App's design. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
In-app data remains on your device until you delete it in the App, clear the App's data, uninstall the App, reset your device, or delete it through your device backup provider where applicable.
Because we do not receive your in-app data, we cannot delete it remotely. To delete your local in-app data, use the App's delete features, clear the App's storage in your device settings, or uninstall the App.
Support communications are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, including in the European Economic Area, Italy, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or the United States, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how personal data is handled.
For data stored only on your device, you can exercise control directly in the App or through your device settings. For support communications or other information we may actually hold, you can contact us at [privacy contact email].
If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are commonly used under U.S. state privacy laws for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not use your personal information for targeted advertising.
Because Soldy stores in-app data locally and we do not collect it, many access, deletion, and correction requests can be completed directly by you in the App or your device settings. If you contact us for support, you may request access to or deletion of support communications that we hold by contacting [privacy contact email]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Soldy is not directed to children under 13 in the United States or to children below the age required for valid consent in their country or region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support channel, contact us at [privacy contact email] so we can take appropriate action.
Soldy may be made available in multiple countries, including Italy and the United States. If you contact us, your support communication may be processed in the country where the developer or service provider operates. We will handle such communications according to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Soldy does not currently integrate third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, login, payment, or cloud sync services.
The App may be distributed through app stores such as Google Play. App stores and operating system providers process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice.
